Waffle Liege

HoReCa Matic Lda. imports from Belgium to Portugal the original mix to prepare the best Belgian Waffle, the waffle from the city of Liège.

This waffle is very simple and easy to prepare, just add butter or margarine, fresh yeast, water and pearl sugar to the powder, mix well and let the dough rise for half an hour at a temperature of 29 ⁰C.

To make this waffle we have to use a special toaster that we import directly from Belgium.
